January 24th (Unable to post due to no signal)
And we’re off to Big Bend National Park. We have a 5 hour drive so the day will pretty much consist of just that. Driving. Pretty interesting to see the speed limit on I-10 being 80mph. It was pretty much 400 miles of the same landscape, until you get to the Big Bend area. Then see the jagged mountains that I love! The Chisos Mountains. Driving through the park for the golden hour, looking to see if there was going to be a nice sunset, but due to there being no clouds there was no dramatic colors in the sky. We saw a few coyotes which was pretty cool. Wasn’t able to photograph them since it was already getting to dark for the camera. Going to look for a spot to spend the night and call it a night.
