Sprinter Air Filter Change
They say one of the biggest problems with diesels is dirty air filters. It will cause the engine not to start or run poorly. Get yourself a good quality air filter like this MAHLE.
Changing the filter is really easy and took about 10 minutes. Locate the air box on the passenger side of the engine bay. Loosen the hose clap where the hose connects to the air box, and loosen the 2 metal clips that hold the air box together. With some wiggling of the air box lid you should be able to lift the lid right out where your dirty air filter will be exposed. Remove the old air filter. We had a bunch of sand and leaves in the bottom of my air box. We used a small vacuum to suck out all the sand and debris. Drop the new air filter in the air box and reverse the process. Simple!
